Refund Policy

At Gander, my goal is to provide the highest level of coaching, guidance, and accountability to help you achieve lasting results. Because my services are customised and involve significant time and planning, all coaching packages are non-refundable once the first check-in, consultation, or programme materials have been delivered. Refunds will not be issued for lack of use, missed check-ins, or failure to follow the agreed plan, as results depend on your participation and consistency. 

If you have purchased a discounted upfront package, no partial refunds will be issued for unused weeks once the programme has started. If you wish to cancel before your programme begins and before receiving any coaching materials, you may request a refund (minus a 10% processing fee) within 7 days of payment.

I understand that life can get in the way. If you need to pause your coaching due to illness, injury, or personal circumstances, I offer one free pause of up to four weeks per 12-week block. Additional pauses will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

All digital products are non-refundable once delivered. To request a refund under eligible circumstances, email 97samimirza@gmail.com with your full name, payment details, and reason for the request. Refund eligibility will be assessed based on this policy. By enrolling in Gander Coaching, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.
